All orders are dispatched usually the following working day

Delivery will typically take 5-10 working days by USPS/Royal Mail tracked service.

Countries outside Europe and the USA should allow longer
Please note that there can be delays, typically due to spot checks at customs as dispatch locations vary by the designs selected. Frustrating as it is I'm afraid there is no way for us to control it and they do come through soon after.
If they have not arrived after 20 working days then we can dispatch a replacement if it appears that they have been lost in transit. Please contact us and provide your e-mail address and delivery address so we can check the order was dispatched correctly.
Order Tracking
For orders of sclera contact lenses that include tracking, tracking numbers will be provided once the payment is processed and package has been dispatched (1 working day).
If the order is at an ISC, this indicates it is in customs / imports. The order will not be trackable in real time until this stage has been cleared.
Shipping Costs
Some locations include free delivery, however delivery costs for shipments are presented for each order at checkout. Shipping surcharge is a maximum of $4.80 (depending on location).
